Terms and Conditions

1. A co-tutor is assigned with the task of preparing question bank for the assigned chapter. 

2. A co-tutor must go through the interview process and if selected, must sign a                   Co-Tutor Agreement Bond before appointment.  

3. A co-tutor’s work starts on the 5th of every month. All documents required for the preparation of the question bank will be assigned to you on this day by the Learning Management Team. 

4. Solution sets with detailed steps for the question bank must also be prepared. 

5. For Classes 1 – 9, a co-tutor must prepare 30 questions for the assigned chapter. The questions can be divided in the following way:

•  Simple and moderate - 15 questions

•  Difficult - 15 questions 

•  Therefore, a question bank for a chapter will have 30 questions.

  6.  For Classes 10  12, a co-tutor must prepare 25 questions for the assigned chapter. The                questions can be  divided in the following way:

•  Simple and moderate - 12 questions

•  Difficult - 13 questions

•  Therefore, a question bank for a chapter will have 50 questions (since there are 2 co-tutors for one chapter). 

   6. Plagiarism of questions will not be accepted (Tutees must also not be able to find the                 solutions with a simple Google search).  

   7. If Latex is used, the latex code used for the preparation of the question bank should be               submitted in the form of both pdf and word document to LMT. 

   8. There will be a quality check by LMT members, so co-tutors should submit their question           banks (in Pdf and Word format) in the assigned folders by the informed date. 

   9. Payment for co tutors is as follows:

•  Class 1 – 9:  Rs. 100 per co-tutor (for 30 questions)

•  Class 10 – 12: Rs.100 per co-tutor (for 25 questions) 

   10 .No question bank must be carried over to the next month. All submissions must take                place by 15th of  each month.
