Terms and Conditions

1. This document covers all the terms and conditions under which these services are provided. Read all the terms and conditions carefully before you proceed to registration.

2. InME reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice.

3. This platform is only for educational purposes and modest behaviour from the part of tutor and tutee must be ensured. Violation of the same will result in the disqualification of the tutor and the tutee.

4. Any student from Standard 1 to 12 can apply for Mathematics Tuition ​through the InME website https://stcmathsincubation.wixsite.com/inme Tuition facility for subjects other than Mathematics is not presently available.

5.  The tutee can select the standard, topic and the time slot (avoid your school hours)for tuition from the options given in the above website.

6.  The number of tuition hours for a particular topic is fixed. The authority reserves right to change the fees structures as per the complexity, syllabus and duration of class .The change in fees structure is according to absolute discretion of management. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

7. Each tutee will be assigned a tutor for a particular topic. The decision of assigning a tutor to a tutee solely rests with the Faculty of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. 

8. After completing the registration process, the trial class for the tutee will be conducted by the next working day.

9. After receiving the payment, classes will get started by the next working day since we need to complete all the initial procedures.

10. The textbook link or pdf's of the text(excluding SCERT, NCERT) should be provided by the Tutee before the class.

11. The InME core team will schedule and send the class link (google meet) for each session to the tutor and tutee. No other classes should be scheduled between the tutor and tutee without the knowledge of the InME core team.

12.  If a tutee is not able to attend the pre assigned sessions, due to any unavoidable circumstances, it should be informed to the InME core team in advance. The postponed class should be rescheduled in the same month.

13. The time allotted for the tutee to contact the incharge coordinator of InME for any enquiries is only between IST 9am- 8pm.

14. The tutee should strictly follow the allotted time schedule.

15. It is mandatory that the tutee should attend a monthly assessment taken by the tutor. This is done inorder to keep a track on his/her level of improvement in academics.

16. Tutees will be provided with question banks for each chapter. If the tutee does not attempt any question from these question banks, the question banks will be discontinued till the parent requests for it again.

17.  Recording and sharing of the class will be treated as an offence.

18.  The fee structure is as follows:  ​

       Classes 1-7     : Rs 150/hr​

       Classes 8-10   : Rs 200/hr

       Classes 11,12    : Rs 250/hr

       Other syllabus : Rs 300/hr-Rs 500/hr
